“Speak softly and carry a big stick — you will go far.” – President Theodore Roosevelt
Sam Alderman and Eva Hutcherson founded Alderman Hutcherson, LLC with the idea of doing things differently. Alderman & Hutcherson, LLC is, by choice, a small firm but we pack a big punch. Our commitment to our clients is our primary concern. We don’t make promises we can’t keep and you won’t see us on television or hear us on the radio telling you how great we are. We focus on a limited number of cases so that we can know our clients, so that we can learn and tell their stories, and so that we are ready to go to trial to obtain our clients justice. We let our successes in and out of the courtroom speak for themselves. Our philosophy can be summed up with three words:
Experienced. Driven. Effective.
But these are more than just words. They define who we are as attorneys and as a firm and they define how we represent our clients.
With combined legal experience of over 30 years, we know what we are doing. We approach every case from day one as if we are going to trial. Only then can we maximize our client’s chances for success. Preparedness is the key to success and our experience allows us to immediately focus on preparing your case for trial. The other side, be it an insurance company or another attorney, knows that we aren’t just talk; we have the experience and know-how to go to battle for our clients…and our winning track record speaks to our experience.
We are driven by our commitment and duty to our clients to provide them with outstanding legal representation in a realistic, cost-effective manner.
We are a small law firm by design and we like it that way. We are dedicated to bringing common sense and honest, realistic legal advice to complex problems. We enjoy representing our clients and helping them find solutions to all kinds of problems. Our goal is to help people, whether it is with a property dispute or the death of a loved one. We handle all types of cases and are proud to be a true general practice firm. If you have a problem, we can handle it.
